Introductory Session
 Introductory Session

We welcome you to join us at a City First Homes Introductory Session!

At the 1-hour session, we will provide a detailed program overview. You can discuss your questions one-on-one with staff and decide if the program is right for you. You are also encouraged to instead contact us directly with your questions at 202-745-4481 or jyothi@cfhomes.org. We'd be happy to provide you with a program overview.

Schedule:


Tuesday, August 17 - 6:30 to 7:30 PM

Location: 804 Taylor St NW. The Flats at Taylor
Street is located near the Georgia Ave-Petworth Metro
Station, one block east of Georgia Ave on Taylor St.


Wednesday, September 1 - 6:30 to 7:30 PM

Location: 3318 Sherman Ave NW. The Drew
Condos at Columbia Heights is located between the
Columbia Heights and Georgia Ave Metro Stations, half
a mile from each.

  2. How does City First Homes make homeownership more affordable ?
  3. What are the financial benefits of the program?
  4. What are the financial benefits of homeownership versus renting?
